I just realized in the past 5 days, I've had an iced latte from Starbucks everyday. That can't be good for me. Now granted, all of these iced lattes have been accompanited by good conversation with different people, but that sure is a lot of coffee and milk--and latte goodness.
Next week, 4 will be my max. Ha.

Have you been going non-fat? I have chosen this route so I feel less guilty...however I rarely drink more than 3 in a week. But I am a new fan of the iced carmel macchiato. Now get back to work you crazy girl!
