I really like waffles. And I really like ice cream. So the thought of combining the two sounded heavenly. I saw this on Food Network and thought it was pure genius. It was so genius I had to make one myself. So I got out my waffle maker and scooped ice cream onto the warm crisp waffle...needless to say it was absolutely delicious!
